Joseph Meade commits to St. Norbert College

Congratulations to OBSC Standout and York HS Captain Joseph Meade for committing to continue his Academic and soccer Journey at St Norbert College in Wisconsin and will represent the Green Knights for the 2021 season!

Joe was a three-year starter and team captain for the York High School varsity program which won conference and regional championships and was a sectional finalist this season..Joe earned a Chicagoland Soccer all-state recognition and all-sectional honors twice and all-conference honors three times in high school play...As an Oak Brook SC club player, he competed at the highest level for several years in the Midwest Conference Premier 1 division and helped his squad earn a USYS National League berth in 2018-2019. Joe’s club play was recognized in 2019 with USYS Midwest Conference Best XI honors. He also participated in the Illinois ODP program and was a two time selectee to represent Region II in inter-regional play.  

Very proud of this young man and his decision to represent St Norbert Green Knights for the 2021 season!
